Lumea Dorne - Jewelry Return & Refund Policy

Dear Lumea Dorne Customer,

At Lumea Dorne, we carefully select and design each piece of jewelry, hoping they will bring you sparkling moments and lasting affection. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, so we have established the following clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your beloved jewelry.
Please note that return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please pay close attention to the following:

Original Condition: Returned jewelry must be in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition, exactly as you received it. This includes all original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and any accompanying accessories.
No Damage or Marks: The item should not have any scratches, stains, deformation, perfume scent, makeup residue, or any other signs of wear. The jewelry box packaging must also be in its original condition.
Special Items:
Custom or Engraved Jewelry: Once production begins or engraving is complete, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Worn or Damaged Items: Damage caused by improper customer care or during wear is not covered under our return policy.

3. Return Process

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Please send an email to LumeaDorne2@outlook.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
Provide Details: In your email, please specify the name of the jewelry item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and attach clear photos of the item(s) (including the jewelry itself, its packaging, and any tags/certificates). If the item has any defects, please provide close-up photos.
Await Review: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and inform you whether the return is approved, along with the return address and specific instructions.
Ship Safely: If your return request is approved, please carefully package the jewelry (we recommend using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials) and ship it back to the address provided. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method and insuring the item against loss or damage during transit.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned item(s) and confirming they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund immediately.

4. Refunds

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be based on the actual price you paid for the item at the time of purchase (excluding original shipping fees).
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that processing times by your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days.
Shipping Fee Policy:
Covered by Lumea Dorne: If the return is due to us sending the wrong item, a manufacturing defect, or significant damage during transit (requires evidence), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or style), please follow the return process. Once we receive your return and process the refund, you can place a new order for the item you desire.

Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hairspray, and cleaning agents.
Remove jewelry before engaging in physical activity, swimming, showering, or sleeping.
When not wearing, store jewelry in its original jewelry box or a sealed pouch to prevent tarnishing and scratches.
Gently polish your jewelry regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
